While it is not known if the legendary prime minister used this method of weight loss, the diet, even after making tangible changes to the original version, is strongly associated with this woman. General principles

Maggi's diet was created for 4 weeks, during which some of her fans managed to lose up to 10-12 kg. The composition of food is not small and contains a sufficient amount of meat, vegetables, fruits, etc. Due to such a variety of diets, those who follow this diet do not experience strong concerns. In addition, the menu allows you to eat your stuffing, which helps avoid reduced performance, lethargy and fatigue.

However, this system implements strict adherence to the smallest detail. The rules of the diet are as follows:

  • it is necessary to adhere to the exact meal schedule, meal order and quantity;
  • If the diet does not specify a portion of the product, then you can eat it indefinitely;
  • it is unacceptable to replace products, even if the replacement appears to be of equal value;
